Party shirts for the retail chain “Ashan” rebuffed and delivered to the customer
Network of grocery shops “Ashan” did we order branded clothing for their employees. One of the elements of the uniforms – the classic shirt.
This product is made according to customer sample – customer supplied shirt was made of patterns, based on which sewing was made of the entire party. Fabric used for manufacturing the product – shirt, white. Chest method of embroidery was applied a stylized logo that was applied in the cut, as it provides the technique of embroidery on fabrics.

The production of this party was happening via a standard algorithm: the fabric is sent to the cutting shop, where are manufactured all the elements of the products according to standard sizes. Our company produces sewing in accordance with GOST-om of Ukraine, which perform tailoring in the paired length and volume. After cutting part of the shirt went to the embroidery shop, where directly on the fabric was a logo of the store.
The finished items shirt with printed embroidery entered the sewing shop, where were made the sewing.
All shirts are checked by QC Department and after heading to the packaging.
Only after passing all the required stages are ready and Packed the product continues its way to the warehouse to the customer.
